Hand cane seats with hanging medallions

Hand Cane Seats Hanging Medallion Woven in the Sunshine Pattern and the Standard Seven Step Hand Cane Pattern

Hand cane seats with hanging medallions can be woven in a sunshine pattern or using the seven step hand cane method.

The settee on the top was a two setter with a hanging medallion on each of the seat panels woven in the sunshine pattern.

The chair on the bottom left was part of a set consisting of two chairs and a three panel settee. All the panels were hand caned with hanging medallions in the sunshine pattern.

The two setter settee was also part of a set. The settee was woven using the standard seven step hand cane pattern with hanging medallion to match a chair. This settee was also French or blind caned.
